Notice to Mariners No. 51 of 2025 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – LACEPEDE BAY – CAPE JAFFA – MARINA CLOSURE

Mariners are advised that following recent storm surges the Cape Jaffa Marina is temporarily closed due to silting of the entrance channel.

The entrance to the Cape Jaffa Marina will remain inaccessible to mariners until dredging works to clear the silting are completed by Kingston District Council.

Dredging works will be scheduled subject to weather and prior to the peak boating season.

Mariners will be advised once Council dredging work is complete.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
