Notice to Mariners No. 35 of 2025 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – YANKALILLA BAY – CARRICKALINGA – TOPMARK MISSING

Mariners are advised that the topmark on the isolated danger beacon (Fl(2)W 6s, range 2 nautical miles) marking the location of the abandoned wave energy generator off the coast of Carrickalinga in position 35° 25’ 13.59”S, 138° 18’ 19.49”E is missing. The topmark will be replaced by end of August 2025.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
