SOUTH AUSTRALIA – SPENCER GULF – LUCKY BAY – DREDGING OPERATIONS

Mariners are advised that dredging operations are underway in Lucky Bay in an area bounded by the following coordinates:

33° 42’ 33.18” S 137° 02’ 15.78” E

33° 42’ 49.32” S 137° 02’ 41.88” E

33° 42’ 34.62” S 137° 02’ 54.54” E

33° 42’ 24.18” S 137° 02’ 36.12” E

Dredging operations are during daylight hours only and day shapes will be displayed in accordance with COLREGS.

Surface dredging pipeline will be within the described area.

It is expected that that dredging operation will continue until July 2021.

Mariners are advised to proceed at slow speed and exercise extreme caution when navigating in this area.
