Notice to Mariners No. 63 of 2024 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – SPENCER GULF – WALLAROO – CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Mariners are advised that construction works have commenced on the Viterra Bulk Loading Plant (BLP) at Wallaroo on Friday, 11 October 2024, and are anticipated to run for 3-4 months.

A Jack-Up Barge will be positioned adjacent to the BLP structure to facilitate the construction works.

A mule barge and tug shall be anchored adjacent to the construction zone at the following coordinates:

33° 55’ 40.25” S 137° 36’ 54.75” E
33° 55’ 39.18” S 137° 36’ 48.50” E

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
