Notice to Mariners No. 52 of 2024 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – ADELAIDE METROPOLITAN COAST – RESEARCH EQUIPMENT DEPLOYED

Mariners are advised that research equipment will be deployed off North Haven, Semaphore and West Beach early September 2024.

The research equipment is fitted with 3 surface buoys with connecting lines.

Light Characteristics: Yellow Fl (0.5) 2.5s

Locations:

North Haven 34°47′58.96″ S 138°28′46.84″ E

Semaphore 34°51′18.00″ S 138°21′01.44″ E

West Beach 34°57′16.78″ S 138°29′18.20″ E

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution when transiting the area.
