Notice to Mariners No. 51 of 2024 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – OUTER HARBOR – SAPOL EXERCISE AREA

Mariners are advised that a South Australian Police (SAPOL) will be conducting an exercise on 23 September 2024 between 1000 - 1500 hours and will be carried out in an area bounded by a circle of radius 2.5 nautical miles centred on position 34°45’5.25"S 138°13’48.48"E.

Entry into this area during the specified periods above is strictly prohibited unless permission is given by SAPOL.

Mariners are further advised to use extreme caution whilst navigating in the vicinity of the area and where possible to always keep clear of the area.

Unauthorised persons or property within these areas during this period risk serious injury or damage.
